Compiling contributions from the board, trainers, deployees and operations we’ve launched a new three-year strategy- to support us on a journey of change and growth. 

With a renewed purpose- to facilitate a world where all communities and individuals are protected and resilient in the face of crises and conflict.  

As well as a new mission- To share capacity and learning through skilled professionals to address the needs of all communities across the span of crises and conflict.  

Our new strategy puts partnerships at the centre of everything we do.  

Focussing on deploying our roster of experts into partner organisations when they are needed—with a focus on enhancing local expertise.   

As well as training our sector to be field ready while harnessing the benefits of listening to local knowledge.   

We have a renewed drive to advocate and further disaster response, development, peacebuilding and humanitarian discussions. 

With ambition and purpose we look forward to working with partners new and established, to ensure communities in need are better protected and resilient.
