Once your registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how complete your medical and travel form and gain access to essential course information.
If a specific course is full, you can apply to our waiting list for that course. If you do this, we will alert you if a place becomes available. Allocation of wait listed places is on a first come, first served basis. Applicants will be informed of an available place by email or phone and the offer will be open for 48 hours before it defaults to the next person on the wait list. Unless otherwise stated, all courses are residential and course fees are inclusive of meals, accommodation, training and training materials. Transport to and from the venue is not included.
A non-refundable deposit of $400 (AUD) is payable at the time you enrol. RedR Australia’s preferred payment method is via credit card however invoicing may be arranged. The balance of payment must be paid in full at least 14 calendar days prior to the course commencement date. International applicants must pay deposit and balance via credit card only.
Please ensure your name is included in the title of your bank transfer and the title and month of the course you are undertaking if possible.
RedR will only allow a participant to defer their participation to subsequent course without penalty once only if that notice is received at least 7 calendar days preceding the advertised start date of the course originally enrolled in.
RedR will allow a participant to defer their participation to a subsequent course without penalty once ONLY if that notice is received 14 calendar days preceding the advertised start date of the course originally enrolled in. Course enrolment may be transferable to another person, without penalty, and you should contact [email protected] to discuss options.
RedR Australia reserves the right to cancel an applicant’s place in a course if the balance of the course fee is not received 14 calendar days prior to the course commencement date.
If cancellation of a reserved course booking is received by RedR Australia less than 7 calendar days preceding the advertised course commencement date, 50% of the total course fee will be non-refundable. Special circumstances may apply and must be verifiable with medical and other certificates to justify a late cancellation and full reimbursement (less deposit).
A participant that withdraws from a course once it has commenced automatically forfeits 100% of the course fee.

Two Step Registration Process
Complete the training application form
Upon receiving a confirmation email log into the RedR Australia Training portal and complete your Medical, Travel and Photo Release forms online. Please click on your 'My Finance' section from within the portal to complete your payment for the course. You can pay the remaining amount in instalments or as a lump sum via credit card or via requesting an invoice. You will need to provide a purchase order number.
You will gain access to the course pre-reading upon submission of your medical, travel and photo release forms along with final payment.

Registration will commence from 9:00am on the first day
