The RedR Hub centralises recruitment and deployment processes in a user-friendly one-stop shop that will make it easier to apply for deployments, submit critical documentation, access pay and leave details, and more.
All eligible users have been emailed log-in details and can view a video tutorial on the RedR Hub homepage. More than 500 users are already actively using the new system.
The RedR Hub will be used by:
- Roster members: to sign up for training, get notifications of new deployments, and apply for deployments.
- Roster candidates: to apply to join the RedR Australia Roster.
- Deployees: to complete pre-, during and post-deployment requirements, submit reports and access payslips, and apply for leave.
Associate Trainers and volunteers will continue using the existing Salesforce system until further notice by the training team.
The launch of the portal also means that the RedR Australia Roster has reopened, with candidates able to submit an application via the RedR Hub. The roster team advises that the work required to ensure a full transfer of existing members to the new system is ongoing. For this reason, processing of new applications may take longer than usual. We reiterate our thanks to all current, new and potential roster members for their patience over the past six months and look forward to a rapid resumption of business as usual as soon as possible.
